Quality Policy Objectives are :

  • Maintain a Quality Management System in Compliance with the requirements of IS Standards
  • Promote Quality Management as being the responsibility of each and every employee
  • Provide a reliable and effective document control system so as to ensure all activities
  • Ensure inspection, measuring and test equipment are calibrated identified as being so, and monitored

QA/QC Functions:

  • Develop and implement quality plan for the project
  • QA – for verification of Program Requirements
  • QC - for verification on installation / Physical requirements

Inspection:

  • Inspection of all procured materials
  • Control the Receipts, Identification and inspection of all incoming materials and Components
  • Inspection of materials on receipt from suppliers against packing list and test certificates
  • Ensuring proper storage of all materials in the yard as well as site

Quality Audits:

  • A Schedule of both internal and external Quality Management System audits is established, documented and implemented for specialized Products.

Training:

  • Staff and operatives employed in the supervision and execution of construction work and inspection and testing are employed on the basis of formal Qualifications. Training and / or Experience
  • Additional training' on or off the job' is provided where the need is identified

Management Review:

  • The quality management system is reviewed annually to ensure its continuing suitability and effectiveness in meeting the requirements of senior Management, internal and External Customers and the quality standards to which it intends to comply
